Cancelation Policy
The Staff at Pampered Pooches would greatly appreciate any cancelations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the schedule time may be charged the full cost of the grooming. No-shows will incur a fee up to 100% of the appointment cost.
